WALKING MEDIATION, Buddhaharma Sangha

Marty, age 51, and serving life sentence for homicide, takes part in the groupâs walking meditation. He has used the support and fellowship of the group to overcome alcoholism. He and other inmates specifically note the calming, inner peace and focus that meditation grants them to help decondition anger and addiction-based behaviors.
